Fleet Articles:
1. The main goals of the fleet are to foster participation and fair racing.
2. All boats shall meet the safety requirements specified in the Notice of Race or Sailing Instructions for each race.
3. Except as noted above the "J/105 Class Association Rules" shall be followed.
4. Exceptions to any of the above may be granted by a majority vote of the executive committee.
5. The executive committee consists of Gerald Hirschler, Chuck Stephens, Erik Kristen and Bob Ross.
Fleet Championship trophy: Sail Northwest will donate a fleet championship trophy.  The boat with the best results in the Center Sound
	(best two race scores), PSSR, J Fest, Whidbey Island Race Week, and PSSC regattas will win the championship for the year.
	There will be one throw-out regatta allowed.  Fleet rules must be followed during these regattas even if there is no separate class start.
	Scores will be kept even if there is no separate class start.  These regattas shall be category level A for crew eligibility.
	Points will be scored per overall regatta.  A non-event will be worth zero points.  Series scoring will be per RRS 2005 – 2008 A9.
