Competent all around sailor, mostly symetrical spin expereince, some asym expereince on J92, 45 foot custom Goetz express cruiser in RI and summer of 2008 sailed some on Panic, Usawi, W/ Lorenzo (can't remember boat name) mostly wednesday nights, I have a regular ride on RUBICON, but am interested in sailing in JFest and other one design events where Ruby is not sailing.  I would be happy anywhere on the boat.

I am a novice sailor and have a high level of interest.  I will be starting a beginner's sailing class which will culminate the end of June and hope to have a steady ride materialize by that time.  I particularly like to drive so feel that an all over knowledge of sailing would be beneficial for this endeavor.  I've only crewed twice before but have been on a sailboat 10-20 times cruising and grew up driving speedboats.  I'm thinking it would be a great experience to sail the open seas and quite interesting to live on a sailboat.   I am a massage therapist and need somewhat of advance notice in order to crew due to my work schedule.

I have sailed with Bifrost, once or twice.. a couple of years back.  Most of my racing experience has been on Here and Now, Veloce; from Oak Harbor, and Artemis. I race my little PHRF 4ktsb on Mondays..  Oh, I drove a big ole rented station wagon of a Beneteau 50 in the Heineken Cup in St. Maarten this year...!  I have been to the J-world school, and am comfortable in most crew positions, but not super experienced.  Good attitude, follow instruction well, bring good beer and food if it is a long race... Decent guy.. Have a job, you know all that sort of stuff.  It would be great to get a ride.. My girlfriend also likes racing, in the right environment... (read Black boat freaked her out a bit)....:)
